Three attempts for PMP exam
Candidates for the PMP certification are entitled to three attempts to pass the exam within one year. If a candidate is not able to pass the exam on the third attempt, he will be required to wait one year from the date of the last unsuccessful attempt to get permission to re-test for the fourth try.
The application for PMP re-exam
Candidates who are not able to pass the exam on the first try, can go to www.pmi.org where they can reapply. After they've applied, they'll receive an e-mail confirming the opportunity to once again take the exam. This email contains the identification code to register for the exam in the center of Prometric. The same steps are to be taken, if the exam is not passed for the second time either.
How to pass the exam the first time?
To save money and time, we strongly recommend not to try the exam until you are able to score twice at least 70% on our exam simulator.
